The Washington Association of Occupational Educators (WAOE) is a professional organization whose membership includes primarily occupational-technical educators and administrators from throughout the state of Washington. Membership is open to anyone who is involved in or supports post-secondary occupational and technical education. Founded in 1990, WAOE is affiliated with the National Council for Workforce Education (NCWE), an affiliate of the American Association of Community Colleges.

The Washington Association of Occupational Educators Board of Directors (WAOE) has authorized the funding of mini-grants for the support of professional development activities. Up to $500 is available to each individual recognized by WAOE.
